Indie Showcase FAQ

REGISTRATION

 

In order to participate it is obligatory to hold at least a REGULAR conference pass. You can register to the event through our website. You will find detailed passes description here.
Apart from Indie Showcase we recommend you presenting your projects to Venture Capital Funds during VC speed networking. You will find more information here. Please keep in mind that in order to participate in VC speed networking you must be a holder of a BUSINESS pass.

STAND SPACE

 

The stands in the Indie Showcase area will be arranged in rows of tables with chairs. Each stand will have access to electricity and Internet. Every stand will be assigned to a project. All participants must provide equipment necessary for game presentation (mobiles, tablets, PCs, consoles). In case you will be using more equipment we recomend providing yourself with extra extension cord.
The space will be avaliable for set up from 7 am on Monday, 22nd of May. Indie Showcase coordinator will also be avaliable since then and through out the entire time of the conference. Please find the contact details below.

 

CAN I BRING PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS?

 

Yes, the attendees can bring promotional materials. Due to the size of the stands you are asked to present small sized materials. It is not allowed to set up roll-ups. We kindly ask you not to exceed the stand space that was assigned to your project.
