Successfully failing - LICHTSPEER a postmortem
Half of an award-winning indie studio called LICHTHUND. Takes care of everything game related (except programming) with a focus on art, game design and marketing. Recently published his debut game LICHTSPEER on PC and PS4. Likes dogs and nuclear winters.
The talk emphasis the importance of failing and being open to learning from one’s mistakes. Game Development is a marathon not a sprint and requires a lot of experience and patience to succeed.
The speech will be supplemented with hard data we managed to collect during the development and launch of Lichtspeer. I will showcase the correlation between particular marketing actions and sales.
