Currently a Senior Producer at 11 bit studios, responsible for internal development, including Frostpunk and This War of Mine. Błażej began his gamedev career in CI Games, where his main duty was managing all kinds of outsource during development of Lords of the Fallen. Actively interested not only in maintaining schedules and pipelines, but also helping the world understand games and game development better. He runs a blog www.gamesmakingnoob.com (where he helps people from outside the industry learn more about the mechanics of game development), supports www.zGRAnarodzina.edu.pl (game education for non-gaming parents) and translates the famous Extra Credits series to bring it to Polish folks.
