Mobile Gaming has been the delicious cheese cake for a while, everyone wanted a piece. The market was big and ever growing, more and more established PC/ console companies pushed into the market, new Mobile Game studios popped up in large numbers. After having learned that mobile business is a wild beast on it’s own and success not always plannable or repeatable we are trying to give an idea on how to tackle the mobile game market by genre, business model and company focus. This is an interactive discussion to introduce a set of fresh ideas of how to become and stay “successful” and what this can mean. Cheese cake anyone?
