Creators sometimes stumble into a pitfall of unquestioned belief in certain assumptions made by their peers, bosses, critics or audience. This can lead to changing one’s way of thinking, even unknowingly, so that it fits right into acceptable boundaries and assumptions made out of “accepted” norms and standards. And so, this is going to be a talk about a very simple question that can help narrative designers and game designers approach problems from a different angle, and get back on track with their thinking, and a clear, focused mind.
