Sh*t on the screen - managing your own and team's creative process
Co-owner, generalist and problem solver in Division 48 – the Wrocław based animation studio. During his time at the studio, he has had an opportunity to work on games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Dying Light, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger, Might & Magic: Heroes VII , Torment: Tides of Numenera and more. Fascinated by the many different fields of creativity, from model making to animation, illustrations to virtual reality, he’s always focused on telling interesting stories.
In creative process we are dealing with constant obstacles of uncertainty, judging our own work in comparison with others’ work. Each day, the most time, we have on screens things that we dislike. Doesn’t matter if you are a painter, sculptor, writer or programmer. The speech will be about dealing with this process in terms of personal work and managing team of creative people . And how to understand, overcome, and use this to our advantage.
