Wojciech Gattner has been the chief of economy and monetization at Ten Square Games for the last 3 years. He is designing game models, features and monetization solutions based on data and ML systems. Previously he worked as a financial futures trader and later on as a data scientist and analyst at BI department of Ten Square Games.
How to create a sustainable F2P game using the concept of Game as a Service model. I will show why the launch of the game is just the beginning of the journey. During the presentation I will explain how data oriented designing process helped Fishing Clash grow to top 100 grossing games on mobile. There will be also a sneak-peak of technology behind it, using cases of machine learning and continuous experiments that take place.
