How to enter Digital Dragons?
In order to participate in Digital Dragons, you need to be a registered attendee. Each sponsorship package has a certain amount of passes included. The sponsor will receive registration links corresponding to the number of passes included in the package. Each attendee must complete the registration process under the link provided. The registration is final only when the attendee receives a confirmation email. Each attendee must present the ticket at the registration desk.

What are the event hours?
Digital Dragons in open for regular attendees from Monday, May 27th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28th, 2019 until 6:30 p.m.***
* Exhibitors can access the venue from 7 a.m. in on May 27th, 2019, in order to set up the booth.
The exhibitors can stay at the venue one hour after the venue closes each day of the event.
** All booths must be set up by 7 a.m. on Monday, May 27..
*** The reception is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on May 28.
What is the payment schedule for a sponsorship at Digital Dragons 2019?
The sponsorship agreement must be signed no later than 30th of April 2019. Contracts must be accompanied by the full payment by May 7th, 2019.
When will we receive our badges?
Early badge pick-up will be possible on May 26th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (the venue will be indicated later).
All attendees can pick up their badges at the registration desk starting at 8:30 a.m. on Monday 27th of May through the entire time of the event. You must present the ticket at the registration desk in order to pick up your badge.
How can I get the invoice?
The invoice for additional tickets will be send automatically to the email you provided during registration process.
The invoice for the sponsorship package will be provided via email by the organizer.
What are the costs of the booth?
The sponsorship package includes company logo printed on the white wall of the booth.

When is the deadline for sending the design for the booth?
Deadline for sending projects is until April 22nd, 2019.
Do exhibitors have access to the electricity?
Exhibitors have access to three electrical outlets.
Do exhibitors have access to the Internet?
Exhibitors have access to the Internet. There will be a separate network set up for the sponsors that will be called “Exhibitors”. The password to the network will be sent to the exhibitors a few days before the event.
Are there food and drinks available to the sponsors during the event?
Coffee breaks are available to all attendees during the entire event. Lunch is provided to the business pass holders.
Is there any room to store additional gadgets, promotional materials?
Yes, the organizer will provide a place to store equipment and promotional materials.
Can I leave the equipment at the stand after the first day of the conference
Yes, the organizer provides security at the venue.
Where can I put my roll-up?
All promotional materials such as roll-ups and other elements should be placed in your booth space.
When do I get the additional equipment I ordered?
In case you have ordered additional equipment it will be installed in the booth along with any materials that have been previously sent to our production company.
How do I register hostesses who will work on my stand?
Please register your booth personnel in advance using the registration links sent by the Organizer. The number of personnel is limited to the number of passes in the sponsorship package. There are no additional passes for the hostesses.
Where and when does the Gala Award take place?
The awards gala will take place on the first day of the conference at the ICE Congress Centre at 7 p.m.
Where and when does the Afterparty take place?
The Afterparty will take place at the Forty Kleparz Club, 2-4 Kamienna Street, from 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
