Business and marketing
Marta Adamska (PTW)
Mastering the arts of business development in the gaming industry since 2015. Pre-games; appraiser, data and portfolio manager and RFP / tender manager for the commercial real estate industry – she can easily utilize the corporate experience to set processes, strategies and “serious business” approach whenever needed. She ended up in games only after discovering that one does not have to be an engineer / programmer or an artist to be in the gaming industry. And she hasn’t stopped since. Moved from JLL (real estate) to GOG.COM to business development where she and her team were responsible for curating the games for the storefront, establishing partnerships with non-games brand partners, sought out opportunities and challenged everything. That’s also where she gained her global network of friends and acquaintances within gamedev. Currently a senior business development manager at PTW where she is growing the company’s presence in the CEE region, in many ways, not only signing deals – but more about that at a later time… Member of the supervisory boards at Starward Industries and Event Horizon. On the side sharing her knowledge and experience with anyone in need of help, advice or challenging their set way of doing things. Happy to prove to you that nothing is obvious.
