Let’s talk about the elephant in the room – generative AI. Will it kill or boost creativity? Will it revolutionize gaming? Is using generative AI always legal? There could be potential problems, even outside of IP aspects, that could arise from using generative AI. To avoid them, game developers should be aware of the risks and take steps to mitigate them.
