11 bit studios biz dev post mortem - what we did right and wrong

Piotr Bajraszewski works at 11 bit studios for more than 3 years as a Senior Business Development Manager. Amongst others he is responsible for sales management, partner relations and searching for new business opportunities. Prior to joining 11 bit he worked at CDP (CDP.pl) as a Project Manager and Business Development Manager. Before he joined Game Dev, he worked at Deloitte Business Consulting as a Business Analyst/Consultant for more than 3 years on projects for the biggest financial institutions both in Poland and Europe. He holds a Master of Economics degree from the University of Warsaw.

Only over last 3 years we have launched more than 20 products on every possible platform, dozens of updates and hundreads of discounts. Some of them went extermely well and some landed hard. I will share examples of both and explain what we have learned from it.
