Randy Varnell is the Director of Creative Development for Gearbox Software. That’s a big fancy title that just means he gets to work with some amazing writers and creators to help develop the worlds and stories for Gearbox projects. He’s worked on Borderlands and Brothers in Arms, and was creative director on Battleborn. Randy has worked in software development for 25 years, designing and developing software for companies like Macromedia, Ensemble Studios, and MumboJumbo.
